At carchic.store, we want every detail of your vehicle interior to look immaculate. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition with all protective films, backing adhesives untouched, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, peeled, exposed to vehicle adhesives, or are missing original packaging components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
